Stuffed Loin of Pork:
$29.99 for 4lb. piece
A delicious specialty roast made with a lean boneless loin of pork which is then trimmed and butterflied open down the center. Then stuffed with garlic, black pepper, 3 imported Italian cheeses and prosciutto. Place on a rack in a pan covered with aluminum foil and roast for 1 ½ hrs at a preheated 350 degree oven. When this comes out of the oven the aroma is heavenly!
